The Audubon is an inviting 160 square foot office, nestled on the second floor of our beautifully renovated building. This cozy yet stylish office features exposed brick walls that add a touch of German Village charm, complemented by barn beams that enhance the character of the space. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and inspiring atmosphere.
The Mohawk
The Mohawk is a charming 225 square foot office, perfectly situated on the first floor. Featuring beautiful hardwood floors that add warmth and sophistication, this space is enhanced by a classic fireplace, providing a cozy ambiance for both you and your clients. Large windows allow abundant natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and uplifting work environment. This versatile office offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality.
The Gottman
The Gottman is a gorgeous 225 square foot second floor office which features an entire white-washed exposed brick wall, built-in bookshelves, and large windows. This is one of our favorite offices as it showcases the character and charm of our German Village offices.
